About these terms

This site is operated by pixelmii, LLC, Naples, FL. By using it you agree to these terms.

Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Work is performed under a separate written agreement setting out scope, timeline and price, and that agreement governs if it conflicts with anything here.

Client portal accounts

Portal accounts are issued by invitation to people authorised by our clients. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may suspend an account that is being misused or that belongs to someone no longer authorised by the client.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are payable by their stated due date. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank details.

An invoice may be settled in more than one payment where the agreement provides for a deposit or staged billing.

Ownership of work

Ownership of deliverables transfers on payment in full, as set out in the applicable agreement. Our own pre-existing tools and components remain ours, licensed to you for use in the delivered work.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
