What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, company and message you provide, along with any files you attach. We also record the IP address, browser user agent and referring page of the submission so we can identify abuse.

If you have a client portal account, we store your name, email address and the organization you belong to, along with sign-in session records.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, to deliver work you have engaged us for, to issue and collect invoices, and to keep the site secure.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Vercel for hosting, Neon for our database, Cloudflare for file storage and bot protection, Mailgun for email, and Stripe for payments. Each processes data only to provide that service.

We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while they are commercially relevant, and then removed. Records relating to work performed and invoices issued are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Confidentiality

Substantially all of our client work is performed under non-disclosure agreement. Material you share with us in the course of a project is treated as confidential regardless of whether an NDA is in place.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed, email info@pixelmii.com and we will respond within one business day.
